Admins allowed to break rules but Mods not?(different forum)

for some reason on this one forum I'm a mod of, the admin is always breaking his own rules left and right, so then I break a couple because he is, so then he locks all my topics, so then I lock all his, and then he says I'm abusing my privileges, and then I say, "Hey, there's only 3 active members here anyway! Me, you, and my friend bacon!"

Wouldn't that annoy you?
